We at Ambrose Archery want you to be delighted every time you buy archery products from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
IMPORTANT - Before returning any item, faulty or otherwise, you will need to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorisation" RMA number.
Simply send us an email explaning the situation along with the Invoice/Order number. Please do not telephone. In the event of goods being returned without a previously allocated RMA number the processing of any claim is likely to be delayed.
Ambrose Archery will only communicate with the original purchaser of the goods. No third parties can be involved at any stage.
The RMA number must be clearly identified on the external packaging, and internal documentation when the goods are returned, no markings should be made on the product or product packaging. The internal documentation should include proof of purchase, the returned product must be complete, and in "as new" condition with original packaging.
We regret that we cannot accept books or any item that has been used. Only items that can be re-sold as brand new can be returned.

Remember to mark package and/or customs labels with "Returned Goods". If we are charged import duty on returned goods this will be deducted from any refund or credit.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Ambrose Archery cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, building and fletching arrows, postage and packing, etc).
Non-stock goods displayed as "Special Order" or made or modified to customer requested specifications should not be changed or cancelled. (See Special Order Terms & Conditions)
Returning Faulty Goods:
All stocked products are carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and are normally checked for any obvious defects before despatch.
Any defects in the goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by Ambrose Archery either by repair or, at the sole discretion of Ambrose Archery, by replacement or refund.
If a product is incorrect or faulty, once we have received the returned package Ambrose Archery will inspect and by default will replace with an identical or similar item with your agreement. All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until received by Ambrose Archery.
Where a product has been deemed faulty or incorrect we will issue a store credit to cover your return shipping costs calculated by Ambrose Archery at standard postal rates and the total value will be confirmed within the Return Authorisation Code message.
Ambrose Archery reserve the right to inspect any goods returned prior to issuing credit for those goods.
Warranty seals applied to any goods supplied by Ambrose Archery must not be removed or broken and any product without the warranty seals intact will be deemed to have had any warranty invalidated and the goods will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
All products sold by Ambrose Archery are brand new, unused and as supplied directly from the respective manufacturers and/or distributors. Ambrose Archery do not sell second hand or used products unless clearly specified otherwise and no items are sent out on a "trial" basis. The return of non-faulty goods will usually incur a restocking fee which will remain at the discretion of Ambrose Archery.
