11 - The shot sequence

1. Standing up nice and straight with your hips and shoulders in line with the target.

2. Place the grip onto the thumb muscle and pull back the string a few centimetres to set the grip.

3. Raise the bow to eye level and keep the arrow parallel to the ground.

4. Set your anchor

5. Release, being mindful of keeping the string-hand on the face after the shot.
