These Terms & Conditions apply when you book or attend a session at Ambrose Archery. By making a booking or participating in a session, you agree to these terms.
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
When you book, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session. Please check the details carefully.
We recommend arriving a few minutes early so we can get you set up. If you are running late, please let us know — we can usually still accommodate you.
Payment is taken at the range. We accept card payments via Tyro and cash.
Payment is due at the time of your session unless otherwise arranged with us.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
We understand that plans can change. Where reasonable notice is given, we will do our best to reschedule your session.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to make future bookings.
Archery involves the use of equipment that can cause injury if not used properly. For the safety of everyone on the range, you must:
• Follow all instructions given by our staff
• Only shoot when it is safe and you have been told you may do so
• Never point a bow or arrow at another person
• Stay behind the shooting line unless directed otherwise
• Treat all equipment with care
We reserve the right to stop a session or ask someone to leave if safety rules are not followed.
All necessary equipment is provided for standard sessions. Equipment remains the property of Ambrose Archery and must be returned at the end of the session in good condition (fair wear and tear excepted).
You must not use your own equipment unless we have agreed to this in advance.
Complete beginners are welcome. You do not need previous experience.
You must be able to follow safety instructions. If you have any medical condition or injury that may affect your ability to participate safely, please let us know before the session.
Children are welcome subject to our age and supervision requirements. Please check with us when booking if you are bringing younger children.
Archery is an activity that involves some risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.
To the extent permitted by law, Ambrose Archery is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or caused by our negligence.
If you join a membership or the Growth Pathway program, additional terms may apply. These will be explained at the time of joining.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
