Your first hour

1. Instruction and range rules

We teach the essentials — stance, grip, aiming and release — while covering basic safety. Practical and quick. No long lectures.

2. Guided shooting

You start shooting with the coach nearby. Small adjustments happen as you go.

3. Continued practice

Most first-timers begin grouping their arrows by the end of the hour.

Aim of the session: feel comfortable and leave having hit the target.

After your session

Book another session whenever you like. Many people return for a second or third visit.

Common practical questions

Do I need to be fit or strong?

No. We match the equipment to you.

Is it safe?

Yes. We explain the rules while teaching and stay with you.

Can I come alone?

Yes.

Can I bring children?

Children 8+ can generally shoot without a non-shooting adult. Under 8 need an adult present throughout.

What if I’m not very coordinated?

Normal for beginners. We help as you shoot.

Do I need previous experience?

No. Complete beginners are expected and welcome.

What if I’m running late?

Usually fine. Your session starts when you begin shooting.
